Provenance is at the heart of what we do. We work with exceptional local growers and artisans, from our free-range meat supplied by the butcher next door to regenerative and organic farms within five miles, and day-boat seafood from Brixham.

Our drinks follow the same ethos, championing small-scale, organic-minded winemakers and exceptional Somerset spirit producers.
