Queen of Cups is proud to offer a seasonally changing menu that reflects the flavours of the Middle East while showcasing the best of local produce, using a mix of modern techniques, classic French and open fire cooking.
We are committed to using the best produce available to us while championing artisanal suppliers and growers. Our meat is from the butcher next door, and is locally sourced and free range, much of our fruit and vegetables come from within 5 miles of the restaurant from regenerative or organic farms and our seafood comes from Brixham day boats.
Our wines follow a similar ethos, with most of them being small scale producers that use organic practises where possible. We regularly shine a spotlight on local spirit makers, with Somerset being a cradle of phenomenal distillers.
